By signing up for a project-based service at MoiseProjects, you are entering into a Membership/Project Contract with our association. This contract serves as both your membership agreement and the contractual terms for the specific project you’ve engaged us to work on.
Terms and Conditions
The Membership/Project Contract is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Fees: The membership fee for each project-based service is $1.00, plus any associated subscription fees with the specific service type and duration.
- Eligibility: Eligible members include all formal entities types (e.g., individuals, businesses, organizations) that have contractual authorization, agreement acknowledgement, or consent to the terms and conditions of the membership and service type rendered.
- Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon cancellation, all work will cease, and any outstanding fees will be due immediately.
- Membership Termination: MoiseProjects reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract or engage in any behavior deemed detrimental to our association or its members.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Membership/Project Contract will be resolved through binding arbitration, as specified in the contract.
